It's a cool place in a convenient location. The staff is polite, but you may not have running water during your stay.

Thanks. For a long time, there has been a general water shortage in Accra, that means low pressure. The situation is getting better, but is mot yet perfect.

Initially they did not know which room I booked and where to put me. The room was tired and very basic, but that was expected. The bed was good, lightning was poor, shower nonexistent (bucket of water with a little jar), toilet was ok, had to ask for toilet paper. The view was nice if it was not for the rubbish all over - plastic everywhere. Staff was not overly friendly

Thanks for your review. Some points are hard to answer without more details, but I will do my best. . It is normally clear which room guests get, perhaps because of a new member of staff there was uncertainty. You say the room was basic. Some are indeed simple, what we are offering is rather natural beauty than man made sophistication. I hope you and others understand that. It seems you do if you say things were as expected. In any case, guests can get more luxury by choosing or switching to more expensive accommodation. Many do so. There is normally water at the shower head. Very occasionally the mains water supply is very short. And it is possible someone had forgotten to pump the water. I always encourage guests to report problems while they are in residence. I wonder if you did. But if you had, the staff might have turned the pump on. Some problems can be solved once recognised. The rubbish on the beach is mostly brought in by the sea. It can stretch us to remove it. Sorry if the staff were not that friendly. I hope you find this answer makes amends.

It's a very low priced place without any of the normal amenities of a standard hotel. No soap. No shampoo. No towels. No toilet paper. It's basically a hostel next to the beach. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

This place was in very poor condition, we couldn't spend a moment there. We made a u turn and found another place to stay
