Reserve abitaciones con camas king size y me entregaron con camas dobles y el personal en recepción muy distraído no te atienden bien es opinion personal

We have had no power for more than 4 hours, we have to take the stairs from floor 17th up and down. No internet due to the loss of power, and I had to postpone an important meeting. NO AC at that time and the heat was horrible. Also, there is no AC at all in the lobby and other areas. The only good thing is the staff that is very friendly and nice.

My stay here was terrible!!! One of the nights the power went out a place like this should have a back up generator. My bathroom also flooded and dark water was coming out of shower, toilet and hand sink. Luckily the bathroom had floor drains. My wife called front desk about they issue and she said they hung up on here before she can even finish. The staff is rude and look like they don’t want to work there. All in all my stay was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to any
