Don't book this hotel. Not an Expedia Hotel.

Location: Remote
Hotel turned me back that they do not have contract with Expedia anymore. Reception stay was cunning and rude. Not recommended for anyone.

Needs management upgrade

On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. He then disappeared to his office leaving me to follow and enquire of the outcome after which he begrudgingly informed me he had found said payment confirmation. I was then shown to a somewhat tired room albeit a standard double however it was nothing as described in the advertising literature and could in no way come under the umbrella of AES Luxury Apartments. In general the hotel staff were polite and courteous however the managers initial approach somewhat soured the booking in procedure leaving me to wonder if further customer service training would be appropriate.

Ausserhalb der Stadt

Das Apartment- Hotel liegt ca. 15 min. Fahrzeit außerhalb der Innenstadt. In der Umgebung sind weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants. Der Pool war noch nicht fertig gestellt. Soll aber in zwei Wochen fertig sein (Stand Anfang Dezember 2013). Der Service und die Sauberkeit entspricht dem nigerianischen drei Sterne Standard.... Das Hotel ist neu und der Restaurantbetrieb hat die Anzahl der Gäste noch nicht im Griff. Mit langen Wartezeiten ist zu rechnen. Die Küchenausrüstung ist unvollständig wird aber nach Aufforderung vervollständigt. Die Flure sind komplett mit Marmor verkleidet. Dadurch ist der Geräuchpegel gerade nachts störend. Für Geschäftsreisende die einen Fahrservice oder Taxi haben ist es ok.
