Such a gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms. We had the deluxe king room and it was stunning with beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast buffet was a 10/10. I surely will be visiting again! Very close to airport so it’s a big advantage.

The check-in has been the worst so far in my entire life: we arrived at 2PM and check-in started at 3PM, so the Indian lady at the reception refused to check us in one hour before (never had such awful behavior even in simple hotels, in a 5* VIP hotel this is unacceptable), she said to come back in one hour and it would be ready. At 3PM we went back to the reception for check in and of course the Indian lady had not even prepared the file and keys for our room so we waited 20 minutes more. I asked for a quiet room and we were given instead one on ground floor (where by the way you have no view at all - we booked a Gulf view). After a lot of discussion we agreed to see the ground floor room, which was terrible so went back to change. The other receptionist would not proceed to change our room, because she didn't know the "reason" why we were receiving a change and she had to wait for her colleague. When her colleague finally showed up and we received the room it was 4PM! The lobby boy was told to bring upstairs our luggage. At 4.25PM I had to call the reception because our luggage was still not sent to our room. At 4.45 my husband went downstairs because neither the luggage was upstairs nor they would answer the phone at the reception. The room was extremely dirty with oily stains and fingerprints everywhere, on the balcony there was a pile of human hair in a corner. If this is a 5* and VIP hotel, then I am lady Gaga.
