The first room I was given had both door locks broken off. The exterior looked as if it had been pried into. RM 233. I changed rooms and the next room had stained furniture. Then after being gone all day I returned to an uncleaned room! So all in all this was well beneath the standard of what I expected

Blood on the curtains. Toilet was broken. Pool was green. Staff were phenomenal

What we did not like was the handicaped shower there was no way to take a normal shower without flooding the floor. We did like the staff, they were very friendly and tried to help with all our needs

A lot of the doors on the third floor were very hard to open due to swelling and so you heard that all night long when people were trying to get in and out of their rooms

Jennifer is an excellent first contact as her friendliness and helpfulness are very impressive. She does her job well and seems to enjoy helping people. You more like her.
