Excellent studio apartment at a reasonable price. Convenient for the beach and town centre. Friendly staff. Parking not great but this seems to be a problem for the whole town centre.

We had an issue with a shower head and the management immediately had it resolved with a whole new fitting. Excellent response that was greatly appreciated

Room was good but had to climb 40 stairs which might be an issue for some. Very limited car parking which we were aware of before we arrived. Frustratingly work vans took up most of the car park during the day meaning we had to park in town if we had used the car.

Really lovely area, and super close to the beach and waterfront. Easy to check into the hotel and friendly staff. room was great for what we needed, and bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast - really set us up for the day! Only downside was being able to hear the other guests in the corridor at night but that is hard to be avoided!

We had a deluxe bedroom but the bathroom was dirty.
Paint chipping on floor and paint stain on floor.
There was a spare blanket that was tossed on top of the closet that appeared dirty. Gave my wife and I an uncomfortable feeling of cleanliness.
The corner room was a nice layout but the carpeting needs updating.
Check in person at the counter (Shirley ?) should have been more descriptive on how to get to the Pier. Only found out the next day from another person at the counter to simply walk to the back of hotel and walk a few blocks
Breakfast service was Great and Excellent breakfast. A person personally let us use the other dining room when some of the rugby team took up much of the room in the first dining room.

Pleasant staff. Very warm no regulation of room temperature. Otherwise excellent.

Had a great night's sleep at this hotel. Decent breakfast, just a shame the brown sauce was some generic vinegary stuff and not HP, like I got there last time.

The hotel is clean, but there’s no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow, I’m coeliac and although I advised this at time of booking nobody seemed to know what did not did not contain gluten, so breakfast was stressful and really disappointing
