Car Parking Poor.

Enjoyed my stay but feel it needs updating
Posted 23 Aug 2023 on HotelsI stayed in this hotel a couple of times over the last 30 years.. location is fantastic, i find the service provided by the staff faultless, they are professional and will do what they can to assist. Breakfast is really good with loads of options. Rooms are good sized but no air con, so in hot weather you have to leave the window open...
In summary, whilst this is not a negative review, it does feel like it needs updating in line with some of the other hotel chains in the locale

Excellent property to stay in while in Aachen. Very clean, modern and an excellent breakfast.

Great Aachen location
Posted 18 Mar 2023 on HotelsExcellent location, steps from the Rathaus square and the cathedral, and a batch of good restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, only slightly diminished by so-so coffee. My room was up under the eaves of the building, with a lot of character, but also had a good little fridge and plenty of storage. A couple of little oddities with lights that didn't work and cold water which would go warm, but nothing serious.

Comfortable modern hotel in the centre of the town. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
