"There were water mites in the jacuzzi, unusable. Staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there, there were two or three nice people we ran into but overall poor hospitality."

"Loved the crazy river, and all the activities by the pool and at night. Restaurants were great! We enjoyed the stakehouse and the food at Sakura. The beach near the sea was rocky so bring water shoes and unfortunately we got seaweeds during the week we stayed there (not the hotel's fault though, they have mechanical shovels to clean that up but it was a lot to handle)"

We have been coming her for several years and find it the most peaceful place we have visited. Staff are very friendly and very nice. We have become very close to some of them and always a pleasure seeing them. The resort is impressive and very clean. Just got back in May and already booked for September."

"Was a very clean property, from rooms to grounds, to restaurants. On the smaller side, but good if u like to walk everywhere. The food was the biggest downfall with one of the main buffets being closed down, nothing stood out except for the hibachi (tepenyaki) and sushi. We had an experience where a roach popped up at one of the steak houses which ruined that experience. The beach, although it was peaceful and quite with very little vendors, the water itself was a huge letdown. Was way too shallow and full of seaweed. The adult side was very quite, but you can go to the family side where all the action was and have a good time. The property itself was great though and the rooms were very clean and the staff was quick to clean your room and refill your mini bar. The pools were massive and there were three on the adult side and even more on the family side."
