"Room is clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is top notch! Dinner was amazing as well. We enjoyed private onsen everyday. We are grateful for all the hospitality that we have received. Cannot wait to go back to the hotel again next time!"

"The room was clean, but rather cramped for our family of three. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The staff was helpful, but the hotel was very busy. Although it was nice to have laundry facilities for guests to use, the machines were small, and frequently in use."
