Naramachi 4 Stars Hotels

"Breakfast should have soy milk and fried or poached egg for dairy allergic and decent whole meal toast. Good hotel but check in disgraceful. The digital check in does not work for many… then you go to counter where there are heaps of staff standing not being utilised at all. Huge crowds at digital check in where they have been sent. Saw this every time we went past reception. Staff are pleasant but this is absolute technology madness !!! At their first point of contact you tell them the brand...
