This is a great hotel for those looking to explore Osaka. It's close to the train system and walk able to Dontonbori and other attractions. The rooms are smaller but they are reasonably priced and well maintained.

The room was normal-sized for a Japanese hotel but the bath area was very spacious. The location was excellent with a 5-10 minutes walk to Nankai Namba station to take the Nankai Rapid to and from KIX.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids. Initially, when we arrived, we were only provided with two towels, two glasses, and two mugs. I asked reception for two more, but when the housekeepers cleaned the room the next day, they only left two towels again. After speaking to reception once more, they finally provided the correct number of towels. On the positive side, the location is great close to restaurants and public transport. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although I did find them a little dusty.

Convenient and professional

Amazing stay, the room was large, clean and had a lot of amenities, furniture the bedding was confortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. The best thing about the place is its location, really close to Namba station with is central when you want to travel in Osaka and in Kansai. Had 2 convenience stores close by.
