"I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Very spacious room with a great view. The location is superb too, right besides the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and nice. The young guy at the concierge went extra mile to help me. I wanted a taxi to go to Shenzhen right away but there is no taxi waiting outside and he’s not sure if any taxi would come soon if he called them so he went outside to search for taxis until he found one. He also took me to the taxi, helped me with my luggage, and told me I should get a receipt from the taxi driver when I arrive. I cannot thank him enough for this. Thank you very much! What a wonderful experience! I will definitely stay there again! "

"The staff is exceptionally good this is my 5 or 6 stay to this location, near everything you need, walking or via MTR. it is wonderful. The rooms are a little small but I just need a clean and safe place to stay and they’re perfect for me "
