Macabling 4 Stars Hotels

Overall our stay was wonderful, but the transportation service failed us when the hotel shuttle dropped us off in an area where no taxis could be found. The shuttle driver gave us invalid telephone numbers to call for pickup. We eventually had to hail a PNPolice vehicle and the officers kindly returned us to the hotel. Hotel management were very responsive and promised to address the issue. Comp wine was sent to our room and they shuttled us to the airport at no charge upon checkout. In spite of...

The highlight of this hotel is the roofdeck pool which gives gorgeous views of the city and the bay. There are comfortable "sun beds" along the whole stretch of the pool and the faux grass carpet gives it a great outdoor vibe.

We were meet on time at the airport by hotel staff and shuttle driver! Check in/out was very fast! We were allowed to check in early. The whole hotel staff including the Bistro Restaurant were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast buffet was amazing and there was a big variety of dishes. The free local shuttle van was a very pleasant surprise and very nice driver! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay the B Hotel, it was wonderful!

Amazing how we got this great deal here twice.

Clean room, business friendly

Loved the location and the staff. Great new hotel.

Love the breakfast selections which varies from western, Indian, Chinese and Asian

One of the hotels near the metro that you will definitely come back to.

Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

Super, they allowed us to check out 2pm.

Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping. Staff recognized us every day. It was never a problem getting back into the hotel. It's VERY convenient to get to the international terminal of the airport. It should cost only about...

inspite old building in a busy area still good , staff are accommodating ..

I have no issues aside from the room location I paid for the view and they put us in the ugly spot

This is a family oriented hotel. They have fun activities for kids like bonfires and animal encounters, horseback riding and a large open field for the kids to run around. Food is okay and the rooms are clean, although quite old. Bathroom amenities are provided but towels look old. Beds are comfortable although beddings are old and need to be changed with new ones.

Good service and good location, connected to Glorietta mall.
