"We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from...

"Friendly staff, especially receptionists"

"This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else. "

"Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Saubere Kindergerechte Anlage mit Spielplatz und schöne saubere Zimmer. Sehr schöner sauberer Frischwasserpool. Das Essen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und am Büffet selber zusammenstellbar (Frühstück und Abendessen). Der Balaton ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch die nächste Bademöglichkeit eher mit Auto zu erreichen ist, zumindest mit Kleinkind. "Kleine familiäre Unterkunft mit mehreren Möglichkeiten von Aktivitäten. Sehr schön gelegen. Der Frühstücksraum etwas eng, dafür aber bequeme Sitzmöbel."

"This is a fine, simple hotel in town. It is close to a couple grocery stores but you do need to walk some to the beach. The room was fine, nothing fancy but had the basics and was clean. The worst part of the stay was the food as many of the previous reviewers have stated. The breakfast was edible but nowhere near great, the coffee was awful and the dinner, well, we ended up finding other alternatives because of the limited choices. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. "

"The Wellmarin Hotel is a lovely hotel, with great access to Lake Balaton. We have no complaints other than that there is very little English spoke at the front desk, and we did not feel very welcome, in comparison to the rest of the hotels we stayed at in Europe. There was a gentleman who worked the evening shift who did go above and beyond for us. We were thankful for him."
