I am well traveled having been to over 25 countries and countless hotels & Spas. Vinifera is without a doubt one of the best “Boutique” Spa hotels I have been to. Facilities are fully updated. Construction of hotel appointments are top notch. There must be at least 12 pools and hot tubs, great spa, and every kind of therapeutic room you can think of from sauna, to steam, to snow and ice. Restaurant is fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to lake Balaton with beautiful grounds and views. Highly recommend!

Hotel Vinifera Wine & Spa is truly exceptional. The service and facilities were fantastic, making for a memorable stay. The restaurant exceeded expectations with excellent food and a variety of choices. Breakfast was a highlight, starting the day with bubbles and enjoying traditional, yet exceptionally good, food. The spa and pools were fantastic, providing the perfect relaxation. Highly recommended!

There may have been a shortage of cleaning staff but our room was not cleaned at all one day, despite us telling reception a couple of times that housekeeping had never been in. No explanation, there was a verbal apology but that was it. Not what you expect at a 5• hotel! Generally seemed more like 4• than 5• in terms of level of service.

Das Hotel ist perfekt geeignet, wenn man Entspannung sucht, denn der Spabereich ist richtig gut. Man hat mehrere Saunen und Pools. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Auswahl wird jeder fündig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Man kann auf Wunsch auch spezielle Kopfkissen bekommen, so dass jeder gut schlafen können sollte. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Bei 27-31Grad schafft die Klimaanlage kaum Kühlung. Das Badezimmer ist eine komplette Fehlplanung. Eine Glühbirne NEBEN dem Spiegel, ein riesiges Waschbecken mit einem Wasserhahn und kaum Ablageflächen. Es gibt Pools, aber nicht zum Schwimmen. Spa und Sauna sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend.Wenn man Abends nur eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte, ist das nicht möglich. Man muss ein Hybridabendessen, ca 45,-€ buchen. So sind wir wieder runter auf die Promenade, wo viele gute Restaurants sind. Wir mussten vor 7.00 Uhr abreisen. Man gab uns ein „Frühstückspaket“ im ca. Wert von 5,-€ mit. Das Hotel ist weit von einem 5-Sterne Hotel weg. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
