"For the last night of our honeymoon we chose the Chateau Tivoli for its history but what we most appreciated was the helpful attitude of staff, which made our stay and travel arrangements much easier.
Our room was a little small for the size of our luggage and the bathroom fittings (particularly the shower) had some awkward quirks but overall it was a charming place not too far from the waterfront and downtown."

"Beautifully updated and modernized while keeping features of its vintage architecture. Much attention to safety in the building and parking area. Nice gymnasium. We enjoyed our stay."
"Had such a great stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming and Collin the receptionist was a gem! The pool is great and rooms are clean and cozy. Would 100% stay again. Thank you to all the staff!!"

"We had a one night stay at the Chancellor hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy. There is no AC in the room but it didn’t bother us in late September. We came here mainly for a concert at the Masonic and it is close to the hotel. The area around the hotel seems safe. We walked around to the Chinatown, little Italy and pier 39-all walkable. Definitely recommend this hotel!"
"My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay! We had booked this hotel for our anniversary and we are so glad we did. Hotel Majestic had so much character and charm and for an older hotel - it was clearly well-maintained and accessible. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Francisco!"
