"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "

"For most visitors this is a one night stay hotel for the airport for early morning flights. Despite being a good Ibis its neighbours offer similiar or above standard offerings at a cheaper price. The room is small but clean and well furnished. The shower is warm but contains a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body. The bed is large but hard. The room is also never entirely dark due to the corridor light always being on and the fire alarm flashing brightly. This is a 24/7 hotel so noise is expected all night. You can expect to hear your upstairs neighbour. "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and professional. Self parking is available in the property with with fees. LHR Airport is very near and accessible to shopping is convenient. "
