The staff were highly efficient and handled every request with a strong sense of urgency, making check-in and any inquiries quick and smooth. Their professionalism really stood out and made the overall experience stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the relaxing stay. I also appreciated how kind and attentive all the staff were throughout my visit. Everyone seemed dedicated to providing good service, and it truly made a difference. "Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."
