"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."

The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area. "

The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed.
