Hotel excelente limpio seguro empleados muy amables muy buena ubicación tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar Paris.A 2 millas De la Torre Eiffel y muchos puntos importantes de Paris lo volvería a tomar

There was a power outage at the hotel but everything else was ok

The staff were all really friendly, Salonge in the restaurant always took time to speak to our 10 year old and help her with her french. It is a nice area close to shopping and a comfortable walk to many of the sites of Paris. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay as well the elevators were not working most of the time leading to long lines coming and going from your rooms.

I dislike the elevator, it is a mess. All other services are appropriate. I enjoy the view from my room, wonderful, the Sena in front of us. Near the Eiffel tower.
