Location was within sight of Notre Dame. Well decorated room with large bathroom and good water pressure in shower. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Great hotel, very talkative and friendly Mr. John at the front desk, ready to help you with anything....electric convertor....wine opener anything :) great experience, lots of dinning options just downstairs and wishing 5 min walk. Only 7 minute walk from Eiffel and most importantly, right in front of a subway station. We will definitely stay here again.

The area was convenient. Located very near the Effiel Tower. The room was very small, did not match the picture in booking. No safe for personal items. No towels daily (although there was a sign in the bathroom stating towels daily). Had to ask two times for additional towels. Note: I arrived at 2pm and my room was to be ready at 3pm. I asked we can have room early, since we had a very long flight, and they stated no. They told me my room was on the 4th floor, when I came back at 3pm my room was on the 2nd. I called a few days before to make sure my booking was valid and right away they wanted me to cancel Expedia booking and book directly with them. I declined to do that. Maybe that is why my booking was changed to a smaller room? My other party booked a room directly with hotel and got a room that I saw on the picture in Expedia, but I did not get the same room. Though, the employees were nice and polite. If you're looking for a low price to stay, it's ok, but just to sleep and go.

Dear Guest,Thank you for your review, even if it needs some rectifications from us since some of your comments are wrong.The size of rooms are clearly mentioned onto Expedia website, so it's exactly what you have booked...Towels are not changed everyday but only on demand, as mentioned on Expedia's website also and into our bathroom's too. You asked for an early check-in, it's possible but this has a cost... and you certainly declined the offer. Regarding the fact that you may book in direct with us, it's certainly because you asked for some services that are only reserved to our direct customers...We guess there was some misunderstanding about some points and we are sorry for that... We hope to welcome you again soon !

Met our needs. Close to transportation. Hotel staff was amazing. Great Breakfast. Wilford was the a great host and was very helpful.

Tiny elevator, where two people and one small suitcase barely fit. We couldn't use stairs because it was blocked due to construction. Instead of one room for 2 adults 2 kids, we were in two separate rooms (at the end of the hallway). Breakfast was less than mediocre. But it was great that they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready.

This hotel is wonderful because of it’s customer service. Wilfred is so accommodating. The property is great for the price with a large bathroom. Metro 6 line is right across the street and also walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!
