"I don’t even know where to start because it’s just so much to say but I am going to fit all i can in this review with complete honesty. On my first day here there were some hiccups. Check in was good but i had to wait long for the room which made me a little uneasy as i was traveling with kids including an infant. But with that out the way my stay here was beyond fantastic. It was incredibly wonderful, my kids had the most amazing time here. I am happy with my vacation. The choice for dining is wide as you have the opportunity to choose from the a la carte restaurants or buffet and let me tell you the buffet is awesome. I read some past reviews about the buffet not being so good but let me tell you every meal I had here was amazing. I love love love the fresh fruits and the desserts were to die for so so good especially at lunch and dinner time. Food was good and the waiters and waitresses i had were amazing. Special shout out to all of them i wish i could remember all the names but I remember the faces so next time when i come back i will make it extra special for them. My room was good i had no major issues. Staffs made sure i was taken care of. They called and check up a lot. The pool and beach was so much fun. Thank you to the staff at the Grand Serenis i really really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff, the waiters and waitresses, concierge,entertainment, the men on the grounds were also good thanks for my jelly coconuts, house keepers, just every one thank you"
