"The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Most if not everyone speaks basic English. The room was spacious and had plenty of room/storage. The bathroom also was big and spacious. I didn’t particularly care for the bathroom amenities - haven’t we moved past the tiny bottles of shampoo etc. plus there was no skincare products which was kind of disappointing. "I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. "

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. "The hotel is conveniently located close to the train and subway stations and Tokyo Tower You can take the monorail directly to the Haneda airport. There are several good restaurants and convenient store nearby. The rooms are clean. The only thing can be better is a regular sized nightstand. The breakfast has less choice than other places, but it is cheaper."
