"Comfortable hotel especially the premium room"

"The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Most if not everyone speaks basic English. The room was spacious and had plenty of room/storage. The bathroom also was big and spacious. I didn’t particularly care for the bathroom amenities - haven’t we moved past the tiny bottles of shampoo etc. plus there was no skincare products which was kind of disappointing. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm.
