"The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Most if not everyone speaks basic English. The room was spacious and had plenty of room/storage. The bathroom also was big and spacious. I didn’t particularly care for the bathroom amenities - haven’t we moved past the tiny bottles of shampoo etc. plus there was no skincare products which was kind of disappointing. There are several good restaurants and convenient store nearby. The rooms are clean. The only thing can be better is a regular sized nightstand. The breakfast has less choice than other places, but it is cheaper."

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. "My favorite hotel in Osaka, I stay here every time now. There is a Fantastic food court in Osaka station that’s only a five minute walk. The hotel is New York style, elegant 1930s. So many transportation, opportunities, quiet area. But connected to everything."
