"It is hard to find even with the help of taxi driver. It entrance door was well tugged behind a wall and hard to find for safety reason. I like the friendliness of the front desk and their neatly arranged breakfast. The man in charge of the front desk impressed me the most. He even came out in rain to see us left in a taxi!"

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool. "The hotel is conveniently located close to the train and subway stations and Tokyo Tower You can take the monorail directly to the Haneda airport. There are several good restaurants and convenient store nearby. The rooms are clean. The only thing can be better is a regular sized nightstand. The breakfast has less choice than other places, but it is cheaper."
