"Great location close to subway stations. The room was very comfortable with plenty of in-room amenities - slippers, yukata, toiletries. Air con was effective. There is a laundry room on the second floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers (coin operated but there is a change machine for changing ¥1,000 notes in the laundry room) - you might have to queue for these or come back at a quieter time. Very helpful, informative and patient staff. I would happily stay here again."

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "
