I loved the location as it was super close to both the shinjuku station and shin-Okubo station. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Got exactly what I wanted out of my hotel during my trip to Tokyo.

Even though my room was small, I did not feel uncomfortable. I used the public bath house everyday, and other people appeared to enjoy it, too. The staffs speak good English, and they were friendly and professional.
