"The hotel is nice and well kept, however the service especially at breakfast could be improved. The staff regularly ignores you and are always chatting among them. On more than two occasions I had to call them so they can give me coffee. The area around the hotel is nice, safe. The hotel does not have an ATM or shop. They send you across the street to SantaFe mall. Breakfast could have more options. The suite was ok, nothing outstanding. "
