"Nice hotel, comfortable beds with a huge TV. Would be better if had small coffee maker in room. Walking distance to broadway shows & Time Square. Staff was very friendly, especially the door man at night."

"Great stay. Quiet inside but could hear street traffic. Breakfast was very good. Although there were a lot of people in line for breakfast, they had a good system that got us seated quickly. Breakfast area is nice and big. Could not get temp in the room to fall below 68. Great for MSG events and Penn Station."

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"I traveled for a trip with friends. Got a room with 2 double beds, that were very comfortable. The room was spacious enough for 4. Didn't have a view, the window was giving on the AC units outside, but the plus was that there was no NY city noise in the night! The hotel was clean, we had all amenities in the room (shampoo, shower gel, towels changed every day...). The greatest plus was also the location! 3 metro lines nearby, 1 block from the High Line, city center. I will return!"

"Really liked the history of the hotel. Large lobby and entrances on two streets was handy. Lots of staff. Three restaurants made it very convenient as well. Room was very small but that was expected. "

"My stay was fine but my room was not cleaned even though I had a request on the door. Also I ordered coffee and a muffin in the morning from the in house cafe and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t finish it. "
