"The Pearl staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast much appreciated. Happy Hour wine bar and snacks was welcome in the early evening. This was our 2nd visit to The Pearl and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are quite comfortable and quiet. The location is great!"

"Nice hotel, comfortable beds with a huge TV. Would be better if had small coffee maker in room. Walking distance to broadway shows & Time Square. Staff was very friendly, especially the door man at night."

"Great staff and location! It's a very clean hotel. It's walkable to great spots in Times Square. A few issues, they need to start remodeling the bathrooms. The tiles were starting to crack and fade. Also the wallpaper started peeling. I requested car service from concierge and paid $175 from JFK, one way. I expected black car service, but received basic Uber. "

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Joey was wonderful as was the kind and chic hotel manager, Margaret Lis. Both of them made our trip much more enjoyable than we expected. Also, the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manhattan. "

"Really liked the history of the hotel. Large lobby and entrances on two streets was handy. Lots of staff. Three restaurants made it very convenient as well. Room was very small but that was expected. "
