"The trip was amazing but getting back to the hotel there the elevators were not working because a fire alarm went off and I had to walk to the 6th floor and in the morning I had to do it again. Elevators were still down. Not fun when you have 2 toddlers with you. "

"The hotel was right by the subway entrance. If you plan on going to Manhattan for the majority of your trips, it's only 20 minutes subway and a 2-5 min walk to the nearest entrance. Room was spacious, but kind of ?? that you could tell the ceiling was sloppily fixed from leakage. Also kind of annoying that they start you off with only two towels and a like 2 bottles of shampoo/etc despite our room having a queen king bed which obviously meant there were at least 4 people staying.... staff...

"Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to many cities and this hotel was not only beautiful but the staff were top notch. They knew their stuff and were so helpful. I walked in late after a long day sight seeing and asked if there were ice. A gentleman got up to help me and took me to the ice machine and helped me.
