"A very nice hotel and location. A bit dated especially in the bathrooms. The towels need to be replaced. Threadbare. Our room had fruit flies. So annoying!!! The shower needs repair. Had to do a lot of manipulating to get warm water. The maids came every day and made the beds and gave clean towels, etc. That was much appreciated. Hence the 4 stars instead of 3."

"Great location in the heart of the financial district. Very walkable (2 year old w/stroller& 7Yo). Playground @ the Battery- SouthStreet SeaPort, Circle Line, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church. All within 8 minutes. Can’t change the NYC construction and lack of parking arrangements on site. Parking nearby - next block over but cumbersome with small children. No direct access to parking even though on next street over. On site restaurants discourage your patronage with children… do we went...
