"Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to many cities and this hotel was not only beautiful but the staff were top notch. They knew their stuff and were so helpful. I walked in late after a long day sight seeing and asked if there were ice. A gentleman got up to help me and took me to the ice machine and helped me. "Hotel was booked for just one night while visiting family who live nearby. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and the service very good. Our room was exceptionally warm upon arrival, but we spoke to the front desk, and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes. Parking cost extra, and we literally took the last spot in the garage, but it was safe and clean. No complaints at all, and as long as this remains an affordable option, we will stay here again. "

"The rooms are well-designed and equipped with all amenities including real coffee and a real coffee pot, nice-sized refrigerator, etc. The front desk staff is especially helpful. One went out of her way to contact me when I accidentally dropped my VISA card and a Good Samaritan turned it in. Very appreciated."

"Book this so we would not be in Manhattan when we needed to make it to the airport the next day. We booked a corner suite with the Manhattan view and it was incredible. Staff was very friendly the restaurants good and the drinks were great. Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and it was very creaky. With all the windows there was not much noise insulation and we could hear everything going on down on the street at a very early hour."

"Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location. "

No fuss hotel.
"Hotel was booked for just one night while visiting family who live nearby. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and the service very good. Our room was exceptionally warm upon arrival, but we spoke to the front desk, and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes.
