"This was our 1st time visiting New York and we were excited about visiting. The hotel was perfect and the location was perfect . Christian the front desk attendant was pleasant and gave excellent customer service for the hotel. He gave us information about riding the transit train and maps of the area. "We had an excellent stay here. We were able to check in early and staff were very helpful. Our room was great…very clean and bed very comfortable. Parking lot right outside was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed one night because JFK Airport was close by and they had shuttle service. Upon checking in, help desk was very kind and helpful. Shuttle service was there before 4am, on a first come first serve, so be there early if you’re taking the shuttle to catch your flight! Overall it was a nice 1 day stay 😊"
