I arrived in Fujisawa at 11:30 after 24 hours of travel so probably not at my sharpest. although the hotel is indeed 1 minute form the station I still could not find it after two laps of the taxi concourse downstairs and had to ask for help. The hotel is brand new so no one knew where it was. Anyway, I found it eventually. It's a business hotel, so of course the room is small, that's ok if you know what to expect. Everything was well thought out, even phone chargers and the right kind of toiletries. Very good value I think and I would definitely return on my next trip to Japan.
We stayed for a little over two weeks. Much longer than the average guest, I'm sure. With family in Fujisawa, we needed to be close by. Having coffee on premises was a must-have. Also the coin laundry was very helpful for us.
Great little hotel. Location was perfect for day away from Tokyo. The endo train journey from Kamakura to Fugisawa was worth it by its self. Took 30mins.
each stop along the way had something amazing to offer.
Fantastic facilities and technology in the room. Excellent information on how to use all the technology on the television in the room. Staff are very friendly and try really hard to speak English and make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
When I saw the room I had booked and related that to the price I paid, I was very disappointed. The staff were ok, there were two hairs in the bath and one on the sheets. There was a burn mark on the carpet and it just all felt a little grubby. I would not recommends this hotel to anyone.
