"1. Super convenient, direct walking from terminal 3, approx 5 minutes indoor. 2. excellent value for less than $200 per night, discount or free SPA depending on when to use, less than $40 in any case. basic amenities toothbrushes and alike are ready to use and for free. 3. some shops, convenience stores and restaurants are in the same building. just go there without dropping by drug store or convenience store. its low end airport hotel for convenience and basic sleep over. do not expect any frills, though the staff are well trained to take care of the guests."

"The room was very nice and clean. I didn't really interact with staff, but the few I did were very nice. I love the robotic front desk attendants. Breakfast was different, but good. Air conditioning was awesome, but if you have guests, make sure to get an additional card. You need the key card to get back up the elevator, so if you leave the room and remove the card, all the electricity cuts off automatically. So if you have a guest, make sure to get an additional card; otherwise, they will be left in the dark and without AC."

"Loved the modern look and feel of the space. The hallways looked like landing strips and the lighting was cool. The room was small but clean and well designed. I took down one star because it was really really really warm in my room and while I adjusted the thermostat that didn’t make much difference. Otherwise I enjoyed it - the breakfast had great options. The restaurant view was fantastic! And to be so close to the Innovation Centre was fun and gives something to do before heading onto your next destination. An hour from Tokyo by train and 5 minutes to Haneda airport. I would definitely stay here again!"
