"The scent of the hotel was remarkable. Also there's so many things to do around the area and you don't even have to leave the building. The whole block is connected so you can get to different restaurants, shops,arcade, the casino across the street all while staying inside. A few cons: room was dusty on the headboard and there was a hand print. Some hair on towels. Not all the rooms have a microwave, fridge, an office desk and trashcans which isn't right. "

"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"I loved the size of our king suite with a kitchen. The WiFi sucked. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus. Staff were great, room was clean. No wifi or port to charge a cellphone though. The room style took me back to the 1990s, which isn't a bad thing, but actually was kind of fun. I'd recommend it to friends and family if staying in the area."
