"Very handy for the theatre Breakfast wasnt great"

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Lovely building, clean, relaxed atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. In rooms would benefit from walk showers for safer,easier use. Also problem that water also goes on to floor under screen when using over bath shower in both rooms booked "

"Really great hotel in a fabulous area. Would have thought it would have been a lot more expensive considering the location. Lovely room and lovely bathroom (proper bathroom, so many other be in the area had a glass box as a bathroom so no privacy). Would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again. "

"Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm."
