"We had a great stay! A quiet, clean, place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoy walking and walked to most of our tours except the Vatican tour. Would recommend having the hotel call you a taxi. "

"We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. Not bad with door closed but if you want it open, it’s loud especially over a weekend. Didn’t take away from the overall experience. Elements bar was great! Great service and great food. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!"

"Hotel has good location but when I had a problem with the outlets in the room only one staff from the Philipis help me the other 2 staff from Italy didnt even gave me the time to explain what was going on. It’s over price the room is so small and to get a room With view of the canal I had to pay cash $50 more that I thought was weird. Breakfast was good. "

"The location for this hotel could not be better. It is located on the edge of the city center and not far from the train and tram station. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure which can be an issue in some hotels around Italy. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The one draw back was that the lobby and hallways smelled bad. There were some heavy rains so that might have attributed to the sewer smell in the common areas but it was very overwhelming...
