"This hotel is in a convenient location. It’s within a short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and the #7 ferry station to Murano. There are many restaurant options nearby. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. The hotel provided welcome gifts in our room that were very nice and a plus."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"It would have been nice to have a free breakfast provided instead of having to pay 4 Euros for a croissant & coffee. Especially since the room rate per night was excessive in my opinion. The hotel room we stayed at in Lisbon was much nicer and provided a excellent free breakfast."

"Hotel is just cross street of train station and Metro. You need to climb 15-20 steps to get into the hotel so you need a porter to carry your luggages. Receptionist and restaurant servers are courteous. Breakfast is contentinal.Fresh bread rolls and croissants. Hot Food stations has boil eggs, bacon, awful scrambled eggs and susage. on my check-out day, the cold cut ham, mortadella at 7am time not fresh at all and no cheese plate. Otherwise, I would given a 5 stars rating for this hotel."
