Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar is a fantastic hotel it made it one of the best holidays I have been on. thanks very much!!!! the staff are amazing very friendly I will miss them but i will be back for sure.

We loved our stay at the Griya Santrian, form our arrival to our departure everything was great. Lovely room overlooking the Garden Pool, friendly helpful staff, beautiful gardens, great breakfast many choices, great pools three of them in fact, beachside pool with swim up bar. Lots of daybeds on the nice clean beach. Appreciated the baggage storage area and the beautiful bathroom we were able to use after check out and before our late night flight. Everything so good we will be returning in August, can't wait.

We stayed one week here and LOVED it. Rooms, and bathrooms, were outstanding. Staff fabulous. The pool area was delightful and the 'sharing' arrangements with Kejora's much bigger resort 'sister' Sengarra meant that we could spend time at their pool too.

Exceptional service, staff and surroundings! Best holiday we have had. Awesome experience!

The Fairmont was a luxury experience in every way. Lovely setting and pleasing service .

We didnt find any time to use the hotel faclities other than the room and breakfast. Food was very average, the room was clean and tidy but we didnt have towels for a few hours when needed due to a shortage or delay from the laundry. the staff were friendly, but clearly very young and new to the job.

We have just come home from 8 glorious days at the Segara Village Hotel in Sanur. Beautiful resort, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great food, great times. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Segara Village!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It had an awesome buffet breakfast, very nice pool area, and we felt it was a safe environment to let the kids roam.

An older hotel, beginning to show it's age a bit with the furniture and fittings, but still clean, comfortable and a delightful place to stay. We had a room in the Garden Wing which overlooked nice gardens. Try to get a pool view room if possible. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has three pools. the main one by the tower block gets pretty busy. We used the next pool to the West, nice garden setting and always plenty of vacant chairs. The attendants will move chairs to wherever you want to sit. Breakfast was adequate, most dishes being Asian but enough Western dishes to satisfy us. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room attendant Ketut was always smiling and cheerful. The location is perfect being right on the beach and only a short walk to the main beach strip with it's many shops and restaurants.We intend to return and will take our grandchildren, they will love it. The price we got through Expedia was very good and well below the hotel's normal rates. Definitely recommend this hotel.
