Nice staff and their service. We had to go out early and the restaurant was able prepare breakfast boxes for us to take out at the reception. The room is fairly new and clean in this price range. Good location where a lot of restaurants are available in the area.

Overall very nice hotel that has been built with a lot of attention to detail. I prefer buffet breakfast and during the time we stayed they offered a la carte breakfast, apparently this changes from time to time. The swimming pool was kept to a cool temperature.

Beautiful place, this was my second time here and it didn't disappoint! It's a stylish place with everything you need plus lots of extremely lovely extras, like the friendly staff, the toiletries, the refreshing free drinks, free bikes and sun loungers on the beach, Oh and a delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of options to choose from. This will definitely always be on my list of places to stay in Bali when I first arrive.

The Akana Hotel in Sanur was the perfect place to spend our first three nights in Bali. The room was large, clean and airy with a generous balcony looking down over the pool. After our 24 hour journey, the comfortable bed, with its crisp cotton sheets and plump pillows meant we caught up with sleep and recuperated quickly. For breakfast, there was a range of choice from Indonesian to American, with plenty for the health conscious too. A highlight for us was borrowing a pair of Akana’s brand new bicycles for the day to cycle along the beach path. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you for our welcome to Bali.

Stayed in a deluxe pool room. It was fabulous. Good size, amazing secluded open bathroom and my own sitting area, which was steps from the pool. The staff are always helpful, smiling and professional. The room is always clean, cool and wifi works well.
