"Good"

"It was quiet and the beds are comfortable. The Infiniti pool is so-so , drinks at the pool were not that great. Fitness center is small Bakery is ok , not many healthy options and overpriced. Although hotel provided water the first day in our room , they didn't provide additional water without having to ask daily."

"Service was so ouch better than other hotels I have been to in Hawaii. Kristina was so awesome during check in and assisted us in checking in early. "

"We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki for my babymoon and we loved every moment of it. The hotel is near the Royal Hawaiian Center, walking distance to many shops, luxury shops, and the International Market place. Staff were great. We were given reusable pouches for water, friendly for the environment. I loved the bidet. We booked 1 king bed with partial ocean views and got upgraded to a corner room with partial ocean views that had 1 king bed and a full bed. Hotel is nice and clean. "

"Everything was great. Pool is tiny, and yes the beach is right there but of course its over crowded because you have all the people and 3 boats that park right there on the sand. "

"Everything was great. Breakfast was also great. The complaint i have was i bought an upgraded room with a ocean view. When i got there i did not get the ocean view. When i spoke to the front desk they changed my room to an ocean view but a smaller room and still paid for the upgraded room. "

"Our main requirement was to have a one bedroom and a kitchen, The Hilton Hawaiian village met these requirements. Safety and easy beach access was another positive as well. Certain towers definitely need an update, their age is showing. The biggest negative is that if you're stsying at their "Grand Vacations" rooms, then their "timeshare" sales people will hound you into a presentation. Unfortunately, I took the time to view their pitch and it wasn't pleasant at all. They don't want you to ask...
