"There was a lot of noise due to construction going on around the property. The building is old and needs a lot of renovations done. The cleaning crew often didn’t leave shower mats, washcloths or replace our coffee. "

"Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area. Blue Hawaiian also have an area in reception, with very helpful staff to book any trips or trolley bus passes. The only slight downside is the boy racers on the...

"It was a good hotel. Over all it was a nice vacation. The room was small considering it was a suite. But other than the hotel was very accommodating. Shout out to the valet workers. They were all very attentive and courteous. "

"Everything felt great but I would recommend adding a few small items to the breakfast. On the website it looked like there would be bagels and juice options and fruit but all there were was croissants and chocolate muffins and then cereal which doesn’t really give a full continental breakfast set up. Was very disappointed in that since that’s partially why I booked a stay here, the breakfast. But other than that everything was good "

"Location is great (5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and numerous dining options and shopping). Hotel staff is excellent and very friendly). Overall room and hotel is a great value for the cost. Definitely recommend the hotel and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Oahu. "
