"Mar 14, 2024 our room had a rancid smell through the vent. Our used glasses in the bathroom were not replaced until I called housekeeping to replace it. Buffet breakfast was excellent although I’m not used to our server handing out bill check before we even took our first bite at breakfast. Housekeeping services need improvement. "I love staying here with the family except for this time. They gave me a room facing the Pasig river where you could hear the jeepneys and motorcycles 24/7. Did not get to sleep! Aside from that , everything was top notch. You shouldn’t miss breakfast at Prologue"
