"Easy access"

"This hotel has very convenient location, close to naia terminal 3 where you can also find a lot of dining options. Hotel staff are very respectful to all guests and one staff called us to make sure we got all what we need and we’re comfortable during our first 2 days. The only thing I was not pleased was during our last 3-4 days stay when I asked one of the housekeeper for a new clean set of cups/tbs as I need to drink my coffee while doing my computer work, she came with only cups and said that...

If you want a good location close to mostly all attractions and activities in Metro Manila south, this is your place. The hotel is old but it has its own character and well-complemented by warm in-house and parking staff that is truly an asset to make up for the old but well-maintained facilities."

"Good place near the Eastwood city. If you have office in Eastwood then this is the best hotel to stay. My office was just 2 mins walk from hotel. There are many nice food places and Robinsons nearby."

"what i liked about the property were, the room was wide and clean. what i did NOT like were the bath room shower floor tile were slippery. when it gets wet it was so slippery, i also noticed the floor shower has NO slope to drain the water, the drain was leveled with the floor, when taking a shower some of the water are getting into the other side. the shower glass wall/door did not help at all to contain the water in the shower area. also the bath lavatory was cracked, although it has no...

"Excellent customer service. More than happy to help you with anything. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Truly A-1. Unfortunately the wifi service was poor and barely able to use it at all in our rooms. Breakfast buffet truly needs much improvement. Dismal offering and needs to expand the variety of food Westerners and Asians are accustomed to have. "
