When we arrived, we were upgraded. Room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Restaurant on site had delicious food along with a beautiful bar and lounge area. A little too cold to enjoy the beach, but can’t wait to come back and warmer weather.

The breakfast menu was good, the service was excellent but the kitchen was slow and the food wasn’t as hot as it should have been Happy hour menu at the bar looked good but the food was a disappointment All other aspects of our stay were excellent

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. They actually charge a "resort" fee for the very things that any hotel includes in the price of the room, i.e. gym, pool, etc they actually said it included local and domestic calls....it's a lovely property and location but it is not a resort nor should they be able to charge an extra fee. No better or worse than a normal hotel.

Room was clean Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner. Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance..

The hotel is fine and the location was nice also the restaurant was decent but overall it’s good mid level hotel not fact but still very good for people on a budget. If you are looking for a bit more luxury I would look elsewhere

We stayed here for my birthday trip. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor facing the ocean. While there we went to dinner at the on site restaurant one evening and used the food vouchers the hotel gave us. The staff was nice and the food was delicious. I had the surf n turf mac n cheese. We took a walk on the boardwalk and beach while we were there. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, amazing staff, from the front desk, restaurant all the way to the cleaning crew. Definitely a must stay.
