"This hotel is luxxx, with a free ramen service and glorious bath it's the full package. Which is lucky, because it's on a main road and you need to work a bit harder than most Japanese neighbourhoods to find the good places (try Davada coffee). Visited at the end of Golden Week so it was busy as all get out, but the staff couldn't have been lovelier. A nice splurge 😊"

"Property was well kept, check in was easy same with checkout, staff were friendly, breakfast was good the day we got it, only problem with the property isn't the properties fault but the cities, the subways and bus' are out of the way from the hotel. Overall great stay "

"Great all around hotel at an even better price. Had a poor stay at another hotel before EN Hotel Kyoto and it's safe to say that it saved the trip. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good amenities and decent location. Only things is change are putting an outlet in the bathroom and making the bathroom itself a bit bigger. Other than that, I think you’d have a hard time finding a better bang for your buck. "

"The Hotel New Hankyu Kyoto is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Kyoto Train Station. There are 2 convenience stores within 50 m. Restaurants and shops are located in the Kyoto Train Station The Nidec Kyoto Tower is within easy walking distance. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. "It has all the amenities you need but is about as welcoming as an airport. Kiosks, QR codes and screens for everything. I had to fiddle with the TV to find the home page for wifi password (which could have been printed on my check in ticket) but at 9:45am the next day the TV immediately turned on to remind me check out is at 10am and I would be charged if I stayed longer. The bed clearly hasn't had the mattress rotated as it was lopsided and the bathroom has no where to place a toiletry bag -...
