"This hotel is luxxx, with a free ramen service and glorious bath it's the full package. Which is lucky, because it's on a main road and you need to work a bit harder than most Japanese neighbourhoods to find the good places (try Davada coffee). Visited at the end of Golden Week so it was busy as all get out, but the staff couldn't have been lovelier. A nice splurge 😊"

"I am very happy about my stay at Hotel Vischio Kyoto by GRANVIA, modern & comfort hotel with good facilities. All the staff are very courteous, especially the cleaning crew. I am extremely thankful to the lady staff who checked us in, she honored our request of high-floor and room far away from elevator banks, and went beyond and above her duty to make restaurant reservations for us. Did not realize this was a special favor. We stayed for 7 nights, she was the only one who happily assisted us, two other front desk personnel informed us the hotel does not have concierge facility!!! How hard is it to make a phone call. It's a pity I forgot to note name of kind lady who helped us."
